Instructor Biographies
Jill
Jill’s deep connection to nature began in her childhood, growing up on a rural property in the Grand River Watershed where she spent countless hours immersed in the outdoors. She is an avid hunter and hide tanner and loves cooking and sharing wild foods.
For over seven years, Jill has worked in the environmental field, which continues to shape her reverence and dedication to conservation and land care-taking.
Elisha
Yoga Guide • Birthworker • Embodiment Facilitator • Founder of Mystic Seed Kundalini Yoga
My journey into motherhood began just days after completing a yoga teacher training. As my daughter emerged, I moved and chanted, guided by intuition, the steady presence of her father, and the rhythmic drumbeat of my own joyous heart. In that raw and powerful moment, I felt deeply connected to the primordial pulse of Creation. It was then that I knew my calling: as a Mother, as a Healer, to nurture this primordial potential within.
I am a movement and embodiment practitioner with a lifelong passion for the wisdom of the body. I currently facilitate prenatal, postnatal, Kundalini, Yin, and Hatha yoga, as well as wild womb dance experiences—each rooted in honoring the body’s innate intelligence.
As the founder of Mystic Seed Kundalini Yoga, I offer both online and in-person classes designed to nurture transformation, self-discovery, and sacred connection. I am also a full-spectrum doula, craftswoman, DJ, and proud mother of four.
My work brings me into meaningful relationship with diverse communities. I am especially honored to support marginalized populations—communities that, when given access without barriers, deeply benefit from these ancient and life-affirming practices.
I believe that these ways saves lives.
And with consistent practice, we polish the diamonds within.
