Engaging the Movement of Life A Continuum Workshop
“Our body is an ongoing evolutionary process that renews itself through its own dissolution.” – Emilie Conrad, Founder of Continuum
The daily demands of life prevent us from taking the time we need to dissolve and enter a creative process where our biology is freed from the confines of cultural definitions.
We are nourished by the wilderness inside of ourselves, an unpredictable ever-changing landscape that we call the Great Mystery. In this territory is where we recognize ourselves as evolutionary movement. It is here we come home to ourselves only to dissolve again and again surrendering to that which beckons us deeper into the unknown so that we can be born anew.
During our time together you are invited to play with imagery, sound, breath, and movement as they spiral, pour, spread and flow through your body. We will focus on allowing the flow of water that is inherent inside of us to guide our movement. When we bring different sound shapes into our body, our fluid interior responds. Then, by placing our attention on the sensations that arise, giving permission to be moved by, and then moving with our watery internal landscape, we connect with a dance of intelligent life unfolding. The ocean we carry inside is released from the confines of pattered movement, the movement we do, so we can begin to discover the movement that we are, mutable and full of possibility.

On the Deer’s Path
Let’s step into the quiet world of white-tailed deer and unravel the stories they leave behind. Together we’ll wander thoughtfully through the landscape and explore the cedar forest and meadows in search of sign that deer leave behind including tracks, trails, beds, rubs, scat, and more.

Yoni Sculpture ~ Honouring our Sacred Beauty
As a group we'll share our perspectives and stories on our relationship with our sacred portal (that's right, I mean your pussy!), as an opportunity to peel back any existent layers of what holds us back to embracing our full essential beauty as women. Using wild-harvested clay, each person is invited to create a personal representation of her own yoni, to adorn as she desires with natural materials. When was the last time you looked at your precious flower? There will be an opportunity to look at ourselves (in private, or in circle, as each woman feels comfortable) for reference, and to acknowledge our unique expression.

Gentle Kundalini Yoga for Radiant Womb Upgrade
In this workshop we will be bringing psychosomatic awareness to the body, and depth of our innermost womb…this portal of souls, this sacred vault of wisdom. Allowing for the release of that which no longer serves, and inviting that unearthing of deep seeded creativity.
This is a class for women focusing on the well-being of the body, the womb, hormonal health, and the rich complexities of all stages including maidenhood, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopausal changes.

Following in Inanna’s Footsteps
Let us take a journey to the underworld together. The story of Inanna will guide us as we walk and shed what no longer serves. This offering honours the ancient wisdom of the season of Autumn, rites of passage and women’s circles. It flows as a sacred container that blends guided meditation, group discussion, sacred somatic practices, and holding reverence for the land. We will honour our bodies with a somatic love letter practice, and gather together to be witnessed in our transformation.
