Hello beloveds,
We seem to have sold out our autumn gathering during our pre registration. We apologize to those of you who were eager to join for the first time and trust that our intention is also to weave you in as soon as we can.
There is a STRONG potential that spots will OPEN UP closer to the gathering as we are able to discern capacity that is weather dependant. We hope to see you in the spring at our larger gathering if not this fall!

Evening Programming
In the evenings, we love to have different gatherings happening within the larger whole. In the past, this has looked like Trading Blanket, Song Circles, Storytelling around the fire, and more. We like to keep a lot of this a surprise, so we won’t be sharing too much more here on that note.

Weaving our Magic
Janna Segal
When we wear something, a part of our experience is imprinted in the fabric; our sweat, our scent, our cooking, the smells of the places we’ve traveled, our unique energy.
Inspired by the weaving project we began to create in the spring, I have designed a mini version we could each take home. In this workshop we will learn how to make a frame loom as well as basic weaving techniques to craft a necklace pouch made out of our collective fibres. All participants will be invited to bring some worn fabric or thread to create a talisman, a magical object made with a little piece of each of us.
We are weaving our magic to hold our wishes, our dreams, our prayers…

A Harvest of Poems
Malgosia Halliop
Fall brings harvest and preparation for the darkening days. What can we gather and carry to nourish us when the nights get longer and the cold settles into our bones? Poems can be spells, they can be prayers, they can be songs of celebration. They are light enough to bring on the longest journey. Let’s take time to look and listen, to write and read, and to share our harvest. Let’s collect words that will guide us through the dark.
-
Let's Bow Drill
Eileen Tran
I will be sharing everything I have learned to increase your chances of getting a bow drill coal. From bow drill kit measurements, types of materials, carving techniques, and form. This workshop starts with the theory, followed by making your own bow drill kit to take home, and ending with practice practice practice! All experience levels welcomed. Materials will be provided however, it is strongly recommended to bring a carving or bush knife if you have one so you don’t have to wait around as I only have 3 :)

Remember: A Journey of Ancestral Connection
Cadence Moffat-McCann
Join us for a sacred journey of ancestral connection. We will begin by attuning with ancestors of land and lineage. Calling on their guidance, we will make offerings and create a collective altar. Then, we will journey through the heartbeat of the drum to connect with the ancient ones in the spirit realm. Our time will close with singing and sharing, giving voice to the ones who came before us. *No prior experience needed. Please bring a mat or blanket to lay on and an item for the ancestral altar.*
-
Spiral Weave Baskets
Savannah Spring
In this workshop, we will explore the spiral weave with willow. We will test the flexibility of these amazing plants, discuss weaving techniques, and other plants to get to know if you would like to continue your weaving journey. Spirals hold significance to many, and can be a mirror to one's journey of weaving. You will end the workshop with a spiral vessel that can be used as a garlic holder, a nest for felted creatures, or whatever you wish!
-
Equinox Fire Ritual
Carly Joynt
Come, come however you are. Bring your dreamings, your longings, your grief or your joys, your deepest questions or your hot summer gossip- the fire is hungry for it. Some people say that we were made for these troubled times, and yet- there’s a lot to carry. In this simple, equinox ritual may we put some of it down. Together we’ll slow down, sing, deepen our connections and tune into the land. We’ll offer something up and let the wisdom of the elements reflect back something true.
-
An Exploration of Species, Sound and Beauty
Lee Earl
Join us as we dive into a listening practice on the land. We will have a chance to listen in on bird communications, to explore bird feathers and survival strategies and build some group curiosity. By looking, listening, feeling and drawing, we hope to connect more deeply with the land around us and making connections between the human and avian realms.
-
Herbal Yoni Steaming
Sasha Padron
Yoni Steaming is a time honored self care practice that connects us deeply to our ancestral wisdom for feminine wellness. Used for centuries all over the globe, this holistic practice honours the power of medicinal plants and holiness of water to sooth, relax and support the female reproductive system. It has been known for its effective remedy of all things related to flow, fertility, stagnation, conception and releasing trauma stored in the womb.
We will take the opportunity to come into circle and enjoy this luscious nourishing ritual together, to experience the sweetness of creating a space to connect deeply to our feminine essence, our hearts, our hands and our womb love.
Together we will learn more about the benefits of this ancient practice, honour the plants that will be supporting us, use gentle movement, warming self- massage, simple breath work and a guided meditation in preparation for receiving the goodness of the herbal yoni steam. We will compete our time with space to ground and integrate the practice.
Please bring: cozy, warm socks, a shawl or blanket, a mug, your journal and something to write with, your beautiful self.

Grief , Song and Movement
Kate Sutherland
Our voices and our tears are such gifts. They can be sacred vessels of our very essence, our rawness, our true and unique beauty. Join Kate for a few hours of self-reflection and grief-moving through deep sharing and deep listening, emotive song-moving and body movement. Arrive as you are, safely held. Witness and be witnessed in sharing your grief. What is tender, and bringing tears? Perhaps it's fresh and raw, perhaps it's very old and has been weighing you down from behind strong walls for a long time. Bring what needs to move, unpolished and messy as it may be. Bring what you're carrying. Be seen and heard in supportive sisterhood, where nobody will try to "fix it" or "fix you." Cry, rage, or sing your heart out. Do all three. Move your stuckness out... or at least shine a light on it, and perhaps pull it onto the dance floor. Sometimes life hurts a lot. And life is beautiful.
